Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing care in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs, fall prevention, and mobility training preferred.
