Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Tucson, AZ. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This role offers clinical variety and the opportunity to contribute to patient functional outcomes while working in a Southwestern urban environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred. This may include work with orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical patient populations.
- Demonstrated ability to document evaluations and plans of care per facility policies and regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with therapeutic modalities, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment assessments preferred.
- Prior travel therapy or contract experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- 8-hour shifts.
- 5 shifts per week.
- Weekend coverage may be requested.
