About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services primarily supporting cardiothoracic cases, with approximately 95% of work focused on cardiothoracic procedures and 5% on other cases due to service expansion. The clinician will work Monday through Friday with a combination of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Once acclimated, the CRNA will be expected to take call coverage. Required skills include proficiency with EP/Cath/Structural Heart cases such as Ablations, Lead Removals, Valve replacements/repairs, and ECMO, along with the ability to place A Lines and Central Lines and demonstrate comfort with Double Lumen Tubes, CT pressors, and medications.
