JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (Required)
- Licenses: Active MI Medical License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Other Qualifications: Local provider preferred; Clean malpractice & license history; NPDB self-query required
