Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse
Location: Farmington, NM

Overview:
Join the inpatient nursing team at Exceptional Healthcare’s new community hospital opening December 2025. Provide comprehensive patient care and help build a strong clinical foundation for this new facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric patients
- Implement physician orders and monitor treatment responses
- Perform thorough assessments and manage pain
- Monitor cardiac/hemodynamic status and identify dysrhythmias
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication administration
- Create patient education and discharge plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
- Telemetry/ICU experience preferred
- Active RN license with BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with EHR documentation (EPOWERdoc)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
