Role: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse – Day Shift
Location: Farmington, NM

Overview:
Join the ER team at Exceptional Healthcare’s newest community hospital opening December 2025. As an ER Nurse, you’ll deliver rapid, accurate, and compassionate emergency care while helping build a modern emergency department from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients safely and efficiently
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor conditions
- Communicate patient status and changes with physicians
- Administer medications and interpret diagnostic results
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Document care accurately and respond quickly to condition changes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2–5 years of ER or related experience
- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
