Location: Conroe, TX
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM - 2am

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled welder with a minimum of two years of hands-on welding experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on metal components while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. This position is based in Conroe, TX and offers a consistent daytime schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding on metal components according to specifications.
Set up welding equipment, including machines, wire feed, gas, and parameters.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy.
Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing as required.
Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Work independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Knowledge of welding safety and quality standards.
Experience in a production or fabrication environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent)
Experience with structural or production welding
Willingness to work overtime if needed
