Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage technicians while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
Ability to estimate labor, materials, and service work.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and the ability to represent CME professionally in front of customers, contractors, and other business partners.

The ideal candidate is:

A knowledgeable electrical professional.

Paid vacation.
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
