The Parttime Bookkeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting a small finance team. This position requires expertise in QuickBooks and a strong foundation in bookkeeping principles to ensure precise transaction recording, reconciliation, and reporting. Responsibilities

Record financial transactions accurately and timely
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
Manage invoicing processes and track payments
Generate financial reports for review and analysis
Balance accounts to maintain accuracy of ledgers
Support payroll processing and related activities
Monitor budgets to assist in financial planning
Collaborate effectively with the finance team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient with QuickBooks software
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
