About USC Auto Garage

USC Auto Garage is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Pittsburgh, PA, offering a guaranteed $25/hour base pay plus production opportunities, bonuses, and commission. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and provides $80,000–$110,000+ earning potential. Technicians work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a busy independent shop with established workflow, modern equipment, and support from an experienced A-Level Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs
Complete quality repairs efficiently
Work independently while supporting the team
Communicate professionally with teammates throughout the repair process

Qualifications

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required
Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Effective job-related communication and teamwork skills
