Job Description

The Commercial Electrician will specialize in electrical installations and maintenance for commercial projects following the National Electrical Code. This role focuses on working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and high-voltage systems such a Phase and 480 Volt 3 Phase configurations. As an individual contributor, the electrician will apply technical expertise to ensure safe and compliant electrical systems across various commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems according to National Electrical Code standards
Work extensively with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) in installations and troubleshooting
Handle Phase and 480 Volt 3 Phase electrical systems safely and efficiently
Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Qualifications

Proficiency with National Electrical Code standards
Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Knowledge of 480 Volt 3 Phase electrical systems
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
