Job Description

Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls. *
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Always present professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. *
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets. *
Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.
Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs *
Manage and mentor apprentice electricians
Stay apprised of revisions to national electrical code (NEC) and other relevant legislation, building and safety regulations.
Develop proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines and reading wiring diagrams
