Oro Pro Plumbing Inc. is hiring a motivated, hands-on Apprentice to train alongside our top service technicians in Redwood City.

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and develop the skills needed to grow into a licensed plumber. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and excited about building a long-term career in plumbing.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Entry-Level Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hr to start, with structured wage increases as your skills grow.

• Direct Mentorship: Train 1-on-1 with experienced plumbers on real residential and commercial jobs.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Work alongside lead technicians to install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems.
• Learn advanced diagnostic methods, including drain cleaning equipment, hydro-jetting, and sewer camera inspections.
• Assist with site setup, tool prep, safety compliance, and maintaining an organized work vehicle.
• Learn how to use modern digital field software (ServiceTitan) for customer communication and job logging.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every job site.

What We’re Looking For:
• Dependable Work Ethic: Shows up on time, ready to learn, with a positive attitude.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid CA Driver’s License and an insurable driving record (required to drive company vehicles).
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, working in varied environments (crawl spaces, outdoors, ladders), and doing manual labor.

• Aptitude: Basic mechanical inclination or experience using hand/power tools (trade school or previous labor experience is a bonus, but not required!).
