Job Summary

The Yard Technician will play a pivotal role in overseeing the upkeep of the general dealership facilities.

Duties include:

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and mulching to ensure the aesthetic appeal of properties.
Engage in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access for customers and employees.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of debris.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Unload incoming trucks (sometimes utilizing a forklift) and organizing equipment in the yard by brand and type.
Delivering parts and whole goods as needed

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is essential.
Forklift certification recommended but not necessary
A valid driver's license is required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Schedule:

· Monday- Friday. 8am-5pm. Every other Saturday from 8am-12pm during the busy season.
