Job Description

D&R Products, a medical device manufacturing company in Hudson, MA, is looking for dependable Assembly / Machine Operators to join our production team.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that involves operating production equipment and assembling small components. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Load and unload parts into production machines
Operate and monitor machines during production
Assemble small parts and components
Inspect finished parts for quality
Follow work instructions and established manufacturing procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals

Qualifications

Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
Good attention to detail
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and be trained
