Requirements:

Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing facilities (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
Ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius

As an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner with us, you will:

Collaborate with patients and various multi-disciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based guidelines to provide optimal care
Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
Create and implement weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

Work Environment:

Day shift
In-person work
Flexible hours, 8-40 per week (based on your employment status FT/PT)
