About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales who will lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Corporate Account Managers who focus on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. This team manages the full sales cycle for our small to midsize business segment. This is a hybrid-remote role and will require you to go into the Austin, TX office at least 1-2 days a week for team building, unity, and collaboration. What You’ll Do: Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers Coaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices when it comes to presenting to customers, delivering health checks, and generating upsell/cross sell opportunities.
