As the Area Manager for FL, you'll take the lead in understanding the local market and building strategies that drive growth in market share and sales. You'll focus on maintaining strong, personal relationships with key accounts—whether on-premise or in retail—by showcasing Avaline's portfolio of wines, ensuring our brand's story and quality are front and center. This position is based in Tampa or South FL, covering the area from Central FL to South FL. What You'll Do: Manage and grow Avaline's wine portfolio in the assigned territory and channels. Track depletions and oversee the execution of sales programs. Conduct fieldwork by visiting key accounts across different channels. Collaborate with Sales Director and Distributor Partners to create and execute market plans that hit goals. Ensure Distributor Partners adhere to brand standards.
