Maintenance Technician -3rd shift 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am; some weekends are mandatory

Essential Duties
- Performs typical routine and preventative maintenance tasks of equipment and facilities.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and maintain facility and equipment documentation.
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Strong attendance commitment.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform such skills such as electrical repairs, PLC and HMI Programming, and machine installation.
Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications and requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to do so.
- High School Diploma or GED; 2 years trade school and /or 4+ years related experience.
- Demonstrate ability with hand tools, multimeter, computer skills, and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Work Environment
This is an open warehouse environment with exposure to various weather and temperature conditions

- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.; frequent climbing ladders and steps, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, grasping.

- Exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, humidity, cold, noise, odors, dust, confined spaces, moving parts.
- Ability to work varying shifts as production demands and workload necessitate.
- PPE Required: steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, Arc Flash Protection, welding masks/helmets as job necessitates, overhead hoists, powered industrial trucks, and other material handling devices/equipment.
Compensation details: 28-33 Hourly Wage
