Strike Products/Banks Outdoors is seeking dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Maintenance Technicians and Rotational Molding Machine Operators. Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in rotational molding and injection molding operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Repairing machinery and assisting with equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintaining maintenance records and following safety procedures
- Working closely with production personnel to support daily operations
Experience: Industrial maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills are preferred, along with the ability to work independently. Experience with rotational molding, injection molding, or similar plastics manufacturing processes is a plus.
Rotational Molding Machine Operator
We currently have both day shift and night shift positions available, working 4 ten-hour shifts per week.
No experience is necessary. We will train motivated candidates who are willing to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating rotational molding equipment
- Monitoring product quality
- Maintaining a safe and productive work area
Requirements
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Commitment to following safety procedures
- Willingness to learn (training provided for operators)
- Prior manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or plastics experience preferred, but not required for operators
