Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
Location: Hartsville, SC
Duration: 12 months of Contract
1st Shift - Include expected workdays and shift hours: 20 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $28/hr.
Job Description:
Support and Assist with the following activities as needed:
FCID PackCom support:
- Any manual activities including data entries for the fields that are not in the scope of data import (e.g., owner and status fields)
- Add the compliancy specifications to the raw material based on the type of raw material
- Send the eRFI to the suppliers and send email to the supplier to document estimated completion date
- Follow up with the suppliers when promised date reaches
- Create New Supplier and new supplier contact to the CRM, update the supplier and supplier contact as needed
- Upload supplier documentation to the raw material as needed
- Follow up with the suppliers on the status of eRFI when promised completion date reaches
