Maintenance Manager - Spanish bilingual

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and minimize downtime in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and daily maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment issues.
- Manage CMMS/ERP systems, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate equipment upgrades, installations, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety procedures, including LOTO.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP or IFS.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English and Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
- Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
