Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do
Lead and schedule all maintenance department activities
Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs
Supervise maintenance technicians, supervisors, and team leads
Prioritize maintenance work to support production goals
Oversee facility systems, utilities, and building maintenance
Coordinate and manage outside contractors and service providers
Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and budgeting
Support troubleshooting and repair of critical production equipment
Drive continuous improvement, safety, and equipment reliability initiatives
Coach, train, and develop maintenance personnel for long-term success
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance knowledge
- Experience leading maintenance teams and managing daily operations
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintenance activities
- Experience with budgeting, capital planning, and contractor management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices
- Electrical license is a plus but not required
