We are seeking qualified Electricians for a large commercial project in the Mclean, VA area.
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: 2–4-month assignment (potential moved to other locations if perform skills required)
Schedule: 5am start (Monday – Friday)
Hiring: Journeyman Electricians
Responsibilities:
- Install electrical service equipment and power systems
- Install EMT and Rigid conduit systems in accordance with NEC standards
- Must have proven experience with exposed conduit installation, including bending, routing, and securing conduit.
- Measure, cut, bend, and thread conduit using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, contract drawings, and schematics
- Ensure all installations meet electrical codes and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team leads and supervisors to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of verified commercial electrical experience
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Verifiable references specifically on EMT and Rigid conduit installations
- Willingness to travel to other project sites as needed
- Physically able to lift 50lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation
