Now Hiring: Electronics Assembler – Entry Level
Location: Elgin, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: Weekly
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for an Electronics Assembly position in Elgin, IL. This is a great opportunity to gain manufacturing experience while assembling two-way radios in a clean, organized production environment.
No previous experience required! On-the-job training is provided.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble two-way radios and electronic components.
- Use hand tools and torque guns to connect and secure parts.
- Attach labels and follow assembly instructions.
- Test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Pack completed products for shipping.
- Rotate between different assembly stations and learn new tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic experience using hand tools is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and move around the work area throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. independently and heavier items with team assistance.
