Duties & Responsibilities - Perform ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) screening in NICU settings across three hospital campuses
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology examinations on newborns
- Collaborate with NICU staff and neonatologists to coordinate patient care
- Document screening results and develop follow-up care plans
- Provide non-surgical and surgical ophthalmology interventions as needed
