PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adults (18+)
- Patient Volume/Census: Inpatient: 4-10 per day; Outpatient: 20-25 per day
- Rounding: Inpatient rounding: 4-10 patients
- Case Mix: General urologic conditions, including cancers
FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR System: Meditech (hospital) / Athena (outpatient)
- Support Staff Available: 3 partners, 1 PA, 1 MA, 1 MS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Rhode Island Medical License (or willing to obtain)
- Board: Board Certified in Urology
- DEA: Rhode Island DEA and CSR
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient urology care (clinic 8am-4:30pm).
- Perform inpatient rounding at Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.
- Participate in surgical cases (general urology, including cancers, no robotics).
- Take night call (5pm-8am) and weekend call (Fri 5pm-Mon 8am).
- Collaborate with support staff (3 partners, PA, MA, MS).
