JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active New Hampshire (NH) license required
- Board: Board Certification Required
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Neurology
- Other Qualifications: Name Clear and NPI required; willing to license
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions including migraines, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and restless leg syndrome.
- Manage outpatient clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Collaborate with 3 APPs and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC EMR.
- Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements.
