The Critical Care Nurse Educator develops and delivers evidence-based education to nursing and clinical staff across the division. You will support onboarding, assess learning needs and practice gaps, evaluate competency, and improve clinical education programs to strengthen professional practice and patient care. The role requires travel up to 75% of the time.
