Print Production Assistant
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Barberton, OH
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to support warehouse and printing operations. In this role, you will manage materials through every step of the printing workflow-from pulling raw inventory, to final quality control and shipping prep.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Print Preparation:
- Pull work orders; collect and organize required inventory for daily production runs
- Stage items efficiently for printing lines
- Perform incoming vendor Quality Control (QC) to ensure raw materials meet specifications before processing
- Post-Print & Distribution:
- Conduct thorough final QC inspections on finished products to catch defects or misprints
- Pack finished goods securely according to customer packaging specifications
- Stage packed shipments for transfer to the distribution center
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
- Prior Printing experience is a plus
- Must be willing and able to stand on feet all day
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs
