BNY is seeking a Vice President, AI Operations & Execution Lead for Network Services in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL to execute the Network Services AI agenda under the SVP’s direction by managing demand intake, coordinating delivery, supporting governance and control compliance, driving adoption, tracking value realization, and providing clear portfolio visibility and stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of an execution and coordination of AI initiatives together with a solid understanding of Network infrastructure and operational environments.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage AI demand intake and help prioritize work against business, operational, resiliency, and control needs.
Coordinate delivery across engineering, production services, architecture, and relevant stakeholders to support execution of approved AI use cases.
Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs/KRIs, and portfolio status; provide regular reporting and escalation.
Drive adoption and change management for delivered AI capabilities, including communications, enablement, and community-building activities.
Implement critical Run-the-Bank (RTB) and new projects related to Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP Google brain), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS).
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Technical depth: AI agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, data/platform architecture
Experience in engineering, production services, service management, or technology program/delivery leadership.
Familiarity with monitoring, incident/problem/change management, operational resiliency, and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
