Now Hiring: Temporary General Laborer - Hampstead, NC
Dates: 26th & 27th (Initial dates; additional project dates will be added based on workload and performance)
Location: Hampstead, NC
Pay Rate: $16 - $25 / hour ( DEPENDING ON PROJECT )
ResponsibilitiesUnloading heavy freight, cargo, and material shipments manually or using hand trucks.
Site cleanup, sweeping, trash removal, and staging materials safely.
Assisting with general physical labor and basic job-site setup/breakdown as needed.
Following all safety protocols and site guidelines.
RequirementsReliability is a Must: You must arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to get to and from the site in Hampstead.
Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing/working on your feet for full shifts.
Work Ethic: Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator's certification.
6 mths - 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
