Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QE Lead with a strong background in automation technologies and data engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects that involve automation, data integration, and ETL processes. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while leveraging your expertise in HVR, AWS (Airflow, Glue), Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Design and implement ETL processes using HVR and AWS services, ensuring efficient data flow and integration.
- Utilize Snowflake for data warehousing solutions, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Automation technologies.
- Proficiency in HVR and AWS services, specifically Airflow and Glue.
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL for data management and analysis.
- Solid programming skills in Python for automation and data processing.
- Proven experience in ETL processes and data integration.
Preferred Skills:.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
