MISSION-CRITICAL ELECTRICIAN, DATA CENTER
Phoenix, Arizona Traveling W-2 $70/hr $200/Day Per Diem, All 7 Days 60+ Hours
Selection is open for Mission-Critical Electricians.
TRIFECTA deploys Mission-Critical Electricians onto hyperscale and colocation data centers. Every one is a journeyman who has already done the work, and proved it.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE THE WORK
On at least two mission-critical builds, every Mission-Critical Electrician has:
- Set and landed switchgear, switchboards, panelboards and transformers, and on data center work, PDUs and busway
- Terminated to the manufacturer's torque spec, with phasing and labeling to the drawings
- Tested and documented their own work: meggered, continuity, phase rotation, torque logs, and their own punch closed
Your record also includes some of this:
- Parallel feeders, tray and pipe, grounding and bonding to the drawings
- Worked under permits and MOPs where the work touched an operating facility
- EPMS wiring: meters, CTs and control wiring
- Keeping redlines accurate for the as-builts
You understand why A and B feeds matter, and why one crossed feed or mislabeled circuit can take out both sides of a hall that's supposed to have two.
NFPA 70E training required. OSHA 30 required before deployment.
This is for journeymen who have completed work where the power can't go down, such as data centers, hospitals or substations.

THE DEPLOYMENT PACKAGE
- About $6,300 a week on a 60-hour week, with per diem
- $70/hour, W-2
- 60+ hours per week
- Overtime at 1.5 after 40 hours: $105/hour
- $200/day per diem, all 7 days, when you deploy from outside the area and complete your scheduled workweek
- Travel to the mission arranged and paid by TRIFECTA
- Mobilization paid, including travel time
- Company-paid travel home on extended deployments
- Required deployment licensing and reciprocity costs covered where applicable
- Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) that continue from mission to mission
Worksite: Phoenix, Arizona.
Site, start date, schedule, rotation, duration and complete deployment terms are confirmed before you accept the mission.
