We are seeking HVAC Installers to support residential and commercial projects involving split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, and mixed equipment types. Reporting to a lead technician, installers will work independently with a helper or as part of a cross-functional project team. The role includes providing installation updates, conducting system walkthroughs, and delivering basic customer training.
Responsibilities
- Install residential split systems, commercial rooftop units, heat pumps, and mixed HVAC equipment.
- Assemble and install ductwork.
- Handle refrigerants in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Complete required electrical connections.
- Ensure installations comply with applicable codes.
- Follow established safety procedures throughout installation projects.
- Provide customers with installation updates, system walkthroughs, and basic training.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- HVAC certificate or diploma from a technical school.
- EPA Section 608 certification.
- Experience with HVAC systems, ductwork installation, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
