Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer with experience in commercial building design. The ideal candidate will have experience designing HVAC and mechanical systems and be proficient in Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial projects
- Develop construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Create and modify designs using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, plumbing designers, and other project team members
- Assist with project planning, calculations, and system layouts
Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial building projects
- Proficiency with Revit; AutoCAD experience is also preferred
- Experience with HVAC and mechanical system design
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred for Engineer-level candidates
- Strong communication and coordination skills
