Job Description
We are seeking a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician to support hands-on GMP manufacturing and cell-culture operations in a controlled cleanroom environment.
This position is an excellent opportunity for either a junior manufacturing professional with GMP/aseptic experience or a recent science graduate interested in beginning a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
The Manufacturing Technician will work in a Grade C cleanroom environment requiring full head-to-toe gowning and will perform hands-on activities supporting cell culture and biologics manufacturing.
Responsibilities will include performing manual aseptic manipulations within a laminar-flow hood, setting up and operating bioreactors, and supporting cell-culture activities such as trypsinization and feeding. The technician will follow established GMP procedures and maintain accurate and complete manufacturing documentation.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and operating manufacturing equipment, following SOPs and established production procedures, maintaining aseptic conditions, supporting routine equipment troubleshooting, and working collaboratively with manufacturing team members to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable receiving constructive feedback. Previous cell culture, bioreactor, cleanroom, aseptic, or GMP experience is highly desirable but not required for recent science graduates with a strong educational foundation and interest in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
