Vice President of Treasury Management
We are seeking an experienced treasury management professional to lead cash management services, drive business development, and oversee client relationships and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow treasury management revenue and expand the client base.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate cash management solutions.
- Manage client relationships, onboarding, product implementation, and ongoing support.
- Lead the treasury management team and coordinate with operations, technology, and compliance.
- Oversee policies, procedures, internal controls, and fraud prevention.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to improve products and services.
- Support regulatory compliance and internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, technology, operations management, or a related field.
- Eight or more years of banking experience with a focus on cash management products and services.
- Proven success in treasury management sales and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, cash management services, and online banking platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
