Key Qualifications at a Glance
- Licensed Journeyman: Must have successfully passed the Journeyman Electrician exam with an active license.
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience across Industrial, Commercial, Residential, and Electrical Fabrication/Manufacturing.
- Central Wyoming Resident: Based in or living within Central Wyoming for daily operations.
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to run job sites, mentor crew members, and maintain code compliance from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and lead all phases of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
- Build, wire, and assemble specialized electrical fabrication components and equipment.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Enforce NEC compliance, job-site safety standards, and quality control on every project.
- Coordinate project timelines, material needs, and crew tasks effectively in the field.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (Wyoming state license or active reciprocal state license).
- Demonstrated experience in industrial environments, power distribution, and custom electrical fabrication.
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Located in Central Wyoming.
