Perfecto Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator / Order Picker for our client in the Grand Prairie (75052) area. This position combines forklift operation, order picking, loading, and general warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating a sit-down forklift, be familiar with cherry picker equipment and RF scanners, and be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Grand Prairie 75052
Pay Rate: $20/HR
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move, stage, and load products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and damage prevention.
- Utilize cherry picker equipment as needed.
- Verify inventory and assist with stock replenishment activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift required.
- Knowledge of cherry picker equipment and RF scanning systems preferred.
- Experience in order picking, loading, and warehouse distribution environments.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-60 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
