HVAC Installer - $25-$30/Hour + Performance Bonus

South Hills Electric, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC installer who takes pride in doing the job right. We're a family-owned company, not owned by private equity, and we've served Pittsburgh since 1993. We want someone who can install equipment carefully, treat customers well, and help newer team members improve.
Pay and benefits
- $25-$30 per hour, based on experience, plus a performance bonus
- 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you
- Paid time off, accruing after 90 days
- Take-home truck and fuel card
- Tool allowance and uniforms
What you'll do
Install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. You'll work with the team to complete clean, reliable installations, troubleshoot issues that come up on the job, and explain the finished system to the customer.
What we're looking for
- Solid HVAC installation experience and strong attention to workmanship
- Ability to work independently and help guide junior installers
- Good communication with customers and coworkers
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE or boiler certifications are a plus
