Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to work in a manufacturing environment producing dental instruments.
Job Duties Include:
- Gluing and assembling dental instruments and components
- Buffing and polishing dental tools
- Cleaning and preparing dental instruments
- Inspecting products for quality and defects
- Handling small parts and tools with attention to detail
- Following production, quality, and safety procedures
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Performing other production-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work with small parts and hand tools
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production environment involving assembly, cleaning, buffing, and handling of dental instruments.
