KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage large-scale chemical inventories, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely updates
- Oversee SDS management systems (Velocity EHS), including retrieval, organization, and alignment with hazard communication standards
- Administer SAP processes related to materials management and chemical tracking
- Apply HMIS classifications and perform hazard assessments to support safe handling and storage practices
- Collaborate with and support a team of HSE professionals by assisting with various tasks to maintain and improve HSE system performance
- Continuously learn and adapt to HSE regulatory requirements and best practices to enhance system management capabilities
Qualifications:
YOU MUST HAVE
- Working knowledge of OSHA Hazard Communication requirements, GHS labeling standards, and SDS interpretation
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills to rapidly diagnose problems, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
- Quick learner who adapts efficiently to new tools, workflows, and responsibilities
- Highly self-driven with a reputation for reliability and strong professional discipline
- Advanced computer skills with hands-on experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
