Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for one of our apartment communities. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, ensures exceptional resident service, and maintains the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop the maintenance teamOversee service requests, apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenanceManage inventory, expenses, vendors, and maintenance projectsEnsure compliance with company safety standardsMaintain strong curb appeal and community appearanceParticipate in on-call rotation and emergency maintenance responseComplete service requests and apartment turnsOversee safety and maintenance recordsPerform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairsDelivering exceptional customer service to residents

What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced maintenance leaders with strong HVAC and general maintenance knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident service. Previous apartment maintenance supervisory experience is preferred.
