Aramark Nexus is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at Caprock, our large-scale workforce hospitality community near Mobeetie, Texas, approximately 30 minutes east of Pampa.
This is a hands-on restaurant leadership role for someone who knows how to run a strong operation, lead a team, manage costs, and deliver a consistently high level of hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the full day-to-day restaurant operation, including staffing, payroll, inventory, food and beverage service, alcohol service, safety, compliance, and the overall guest experience.
This position requires open and flexible availability, including weekends and a seven-day operating environment. Typical scheduled hours are approximately 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but hours may change based on business and operational needs.
