OPEN POSITIONS
Cable Technicians - CT1/CT2
Pay: $20.00-$28.00/hour
We are hiring approximately 5 Cable Technicians with structured cabling experience. Security, access control, and CCTV experience is preferred but not required. Qualified cable technicians can be trained on security-related systems.
Responsibilities may include:
- Pulling, routing, dressing, and supporting low-voltage cabling
- Supporting structured cabling, security, access control, and CCTV installations
- Installing cable pathways and related infrastructure
- Working within an active data center environment
Sr. Lead Technician
Pay: $28.00-$30.00+/hour
Seeking an experienced Lead Technician with hands-on security, access control, and CCTV experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading technicians and coordinating daily field activities
- Supporting security, access control, and CCTV installations
- Maintaining production, quality, and site standards
- Communicating jobsite needs and progress to project leadership
Operations Superintendent
Pay: $40.00-$50.00+/hour
Seeking an experienced low-voltage field leader to oversee project execution, manpower, safety, quality, and client coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Lead Technicians, Technicians, and subcontractors
- Coordinating manpower, schedules, materials, and jobsite logistics
- Monitoring production, quality, safety, and project progress
- Conducting jobsite inspections and quality-control reviews
- Coordinating with project management, clients, and contractors
Experience managing large-scale low-voltage, security, access control, or CCTV projects is required. Data center, mission-critical, or commercial construction experience is preferred.
Project Coordinator - Data Center
Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour
Schedule: Remote/Hybrid
Seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking schedules, milestones, staffing, and deliverables
- Maintaining project documentation and reports
- Coordinating technician and subcontractor onboarding
- Tracking labor hours, material deliveries, and project progress
- Supporting change orders, purchase orders, and project updates
Experience in project coordination, construction administration, low voltage, structured cabling, security, or data center projects is preferred. Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency is also preferred.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Field positions require reliable transportation, full PPE, and standard hand tools.
- Candidates must be able to pass an Accurate background check.
- Pay is based on experience and interview.
