- Set up, operate, and maintain and if able program CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Perform accurate quality checks with precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and keep production running smoothly and efficiently
- What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years CNC machining experience (mill, lathe, or both)
- Strong understanding of machining processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
