We are seeking an experienced Residential Glazier to specialize in custom shower door installation for our team in the Spokane Valley area. You will handle everything from precise site measuring to hardware assembly, delivering high-quality, watertight glass enclosures that elevate client homes. Key Responsibilities: Measure & Estimate: Take precise measurements of shower openings to ensure a perfect fit, accommodating for out-of-square walls or varying tile types. Install Enclosures: Cut, fit, and install custom frameless, semi-frameless, and sliding glass shower doors. Hardware Assembly: Secure hinges, handles, and tracks; apply structural silicone for a flawless, leak-proof seal. Site Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in clients' homes while providing excellent customer service. Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport heavy, fragile panes of glass without damaging property. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of dedicated residential glazing or custom shower door installation experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with tape measures (down to (frac{1}{16}) in), levels, drills, and power tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 80+ lbs regularly and work on your feet. Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Benefits: Paid time off, tool allowances, and company vehicle access
