Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment to produce parts that meet engineering specifications and quality standards
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and metrology equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
'Qualifications
Required:
- Previous CNC machining experience is desirable but not required — candidates with machining education, technical training, or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
- Basic understanding of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Preferred:
- Swiss CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machining centers
- Background in aerospace, medical device, defense, or other precision manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
