Bring Your Battle Buddy. We're Taking New Ground.
National Fleet Management is one of the fastest-growing heavy-duty mobile service companies in the Southeast, and we're expanding into new markets.
We don't send people in alone.
We deploy in teams.
Two technicians. Two fully equipped mobile service trucks. One mission: deliver exceptional service, keep fleets moving, and build a new territory from the ground up.
This isn't a job posting for everyone.
It's a call to the top 10%.
The Mission
We bring the shop to the customer. Fast. Professional. Reliable.
When National Fleet Management enters a new market, our first two technicians become the foundation of that operation. You'll represent our company, build lasting relationships with fleet customers, establish our reputation, and set the standard for every technician who joins after you.
Bring Your Battle Buddy
The best technicians know they don't succeed alone.
That's why we build great teams from day one.
You'll work alongside a trusted partner who has your back, helps solve difficult repairs, pushes you to improve, and celebrates the wins with you.
Already have a technician you trust? Bring them.
Apply together, and we'll do our best to keep you on the same team as we build the market.
Applying individually? That's great too—we'll match you with another top performer.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks in the field.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency roadside repairs.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Build long-term relationships with fleet customers.
Take ownership of your service truck, your customers, and your territory.
Work alongside your teammate to solve problems and deliver quality repairs.
Help establish and grow a brand-new mobile service operation.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for technicians who:
Take pride in doing the job right the first time.
Have strong heavy-duty diesel diagnostic and repair skills.
Lead with character, integrity, and accountability.
Show up ready to work every day.
Work well as part of a team and leave the ego behind.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy creating something from the ground up.
Want to grow with a company that's expanding across the Southeast.
